Booking your bouncy castle or inflatable with Rugby Inflatables is simple. Browse our equipment, check availability online and follow the steps below to secure your chosen date.

We've designed our booking process to give you the information you need before your hire, from choosing the right inflatable and checking your space through to delivery, setup and collection.

Each product page contains more information to help you decide whether the equipment is suitable for your party.

Check Your Space & Venue

Before booking, please make sure you have enough suitable space for your chosen inflatable, including the required safety clearance around it.

For outdoor hires, the setup area must be suitable for the inflatable and meet our outdoor installation requirements.

Check Availability

Once you've chosen your inflatable, use the availability checker on the product page to select your required hire date.

Our online booking system will show whether the selected equipment can be booked for your chosen date. If you need help with a weekday hire or have special requirements, please contact our team.

Enter Your Booking Details

Follow the online booking process and provide the requested information about you, your event and the delivery location.

Please make sure the information you provide is accurate, particularly your event address, contact details and any information relating to access or the setup area.

Pay Your Deposit

A £20 non-refundable deposit per inflatable is required to secure your booking.

For packages containing multiple inflatables, the required deposit will reflect the number of inflatables included. The applicable amount will be shown during the booking process.

Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, you'll receive confirmation containing the important details relating to your hire.

Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything appears incorrect or your event details change.

Before Your Hire

Before your hire date, please make sure the setup area is ready and that access is clear for our team.

For outdoor bookings, we will also consider weather conditions before installation. Inflatables cannot be operated when conditions are unsafe.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

On the day of your hire, our team will deliver and professionally install your inflatable before completing the required setup and safety checks.

A responsible adult aged 18 or over must be available to receive the equipment and must supervise the inflatable throughout the hire.

We'll return to collect the equipment at the agreed collection period, leaving you to enjoy your celebration without worrying about dismantling the inflatable yourself.

• Outdoor installations are subject to suitable ground and weather conditions.
• Unsafe weather may result in a booking being postponed or cancelled in accordance with our terms.
