Indoor Venue Bookings
Indoor venue hires require us to deliver and collect at the venue's confirmed access and exit times. As these fixed times often require adjustments to our delivery routes, a £10 Venue Timing Charge applies to all venue bookings.
Please ensure you provide accurate venue access and collection times when making your booking so we can plan your delivery accordingly.
Garden hires are different. Deliveries are made between 9:00am–12:00pm and collections between 5:00pm–8:00pm. Fixed delivery or collection times are not available for garden hires.
Outdoor Surface Requirements
Our outdoor inflatables can only be installed on suitable real grass or soil, where the required anchoring stakes can be used safely.
We cannot normally install outdoor inflatables on concrete, tarmac, paving, decking, artificial grass or other hard surfaces. Suitable indoor flooring may be accepted for hall and venue bookings.

What surfaces can an inflatable be set up on?
Outdoor inflatables require suitable real grass or soil. Indoor inflatables may be installed on suitable hall flooring, subject to space, ceiling height, access and equipment suitability.
How much space do I need?
Every inflatable has its own operating-space requirements. Check the measurements on the product page and ensure there is additional clearance around the equipment.
Are your inflatables safety tested?
Yes. Our inflatables are regularly inspected, maintained and checked during every setup. Equipment covered by the PIPA scheme carries a valid inspection tag.
