Each member of our team helps with the preparation and operation of Rugby Inflatables, working together to provide an organised, friendly and safety-focused service.
FOUNDER & OPERATOR
Macauly Peel
Macauly founded Rugby Inflatables and oversees the day-to-day running of the business.
His role covers customer enquiries and bookings, equipment preparation, deliveries, inflatable setup, safety procedures, documentation and ongoing equipment maintenance.
He also works behind the scenes to maintain the systems, procedures and standards used across the business, while helping customers choose equipment suitable for their party, garden or venue.

OPERATOR & SUPERVISOR
Ellie Peel
Ellie is part of our family team and assists with equipment preparation, deliveries, event setup, collection and customer support.
As one of our trained operators and supervisors, she helps with the practical side of our hires and works alongside the rest of the team during setups and collections.
Ellie's training in inflatable supervision and manual handling supports the safe and organised service we aim to provide at every booking.

OPERATOR & SUPERVISOR
Ivan Peel
Ivan is another member of our family team and assists with equipment preparation, deliveries, inflatable setup and collection.
As a trained inflatable supervisor, he helps the team prepare and install equipment and supports the safe operation of our hires.
Having several trained members within the family team also means the knowledge required for our day-to-day operations isn't limited to just one person.

Why Training Matters to Us
Inflatable equipment needs to be installed and operated correctly, which is why relevant training forms an important part of how we run Rugby Inflatables.
Members of our team have completed the PIPA Inflatable Supervisor Course, alongside other training relevant to equipment preparation and workplace safety.
We continue to review our procedures, documentation and training as the business develops so that our working practices remain organised and safety focused.
