For indoor hires, we assess ceiling height, access routes, and power availability to ensure safe and appropriate setup.
Comprehensive Risk Assessments
Risk assessment is a key part of our safety process. Before and during every hire, we assess potential risks and put appropriate control measures in place.
We:

Identify and manage hazards to protect users and staff
-
Assess venues for suitability and safe access
-
Review and update assessments regularly
-
Follow current HSE and industry guidance
By taking a proactive approach to risk management, we ensure a safer and more reliable inflatable hire service.

For added peace of mind, Rugby Inflatables holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
Wind & Weather Safety Guidance
Weather conditions play an important role in inflatable safety.
-
Inflatables must not be used outdoors in wind speeds exceeding 24mph (Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale).
-
Some inflatables may have lower wind limits, which we always check against the manufacturer’s guidelines.
-
If weather conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or modify a hire in the interest of safety.
