Does Every Inflatable Fit Every Venue?
No. Even where we've previously installed an inflatable at a particular
hall, suitability can depend on the room being hired and the specific
inflatable you've chosen.
You should check the Required Space for your chosen
inflatable against the actual usable area at the venue.
Stages, beams, lights, basketball hoops, decorations, fixed furniture
and other obstacles can reduce the usable floor space or ceiling height.

Four Things to Check Before Booking a Venue
Before paying for a hall or choosing your inflatable, these are the
main things we recommend checking.

Space
Check the clear usable width, depth and lowest ceiling height
of the proposed setup area.

Access
Check doorways, corridors, steps, parking and the route from
our vehicle to the setup area.

Times
Confirm when we're allowed into the venue and exactly when
all equipment must be removed.

Permission
Confirm that the venue allows inflatable hire and ask about
any venue-specific requirements or restrictions.
Indoor Inflatable Setup
Hiring indoors removes many of the weather considerations associated
with outdoor inflatable use, but the equipment still needs to be
installed correctly in a suitable location.
We assess the available area and install the inflatable using
appropriate indoor anchoring equipment. Suitable electrical power,
operating clearance and safe access must also be available.
Rugby Inflatables provides the inflatable's setup and anchoring equipment.
You don't need to provide weights or other inflatable anchoring equipment
unless a specific arrangement has been discussed with us.

information ready will make it much easier for us to help.

- Full venue name.
- Full address and postcode.
- The room or hall being hired.
- Confirmation that inflatables are permitted.
Measurements
- Usable floor width.
- Usable floor depth.
- Lowest usable ceiling height.
- Any beams, stages or fixed obstacles.
Venue Times
- Venue access time.
- Party start time.
- Party finish time.
- Time everyone and all equipment must be out.
Access & Facilities
- Suitable electrical sockets.
- Parking or unloading arrangements.
- Steps, stairs or narrow access.
- Any venue-specific restrictions.
£10 Venue Timing Charge
A £10 Venue Timing Charge applies where a
booking requires us to work around fixed venue access, setup or
collection times.
This applies to venue bookings whether the inflatable is installed
indoors or outdoors where we are required to work within specific
access arrangements.
Any applicable charge will be shown as part of your booking.
