⚠️ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

To help your hire run smoothly, please make sure the following requirements are met before completing your booking:

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Please ensure there is suitable access to the setup area (minimum 3ft wide unless previously discussed).
  • For outdoor hire, the inflatable must be set up on a suitable natural grass or soil surface where it can be correctly anchored. We do not set up outdoor inflatables on artificial grass or hard standing.
  • For indoor hire, the venue must provide a flat, clean and suitable setup area with sufficient floor space and ceiling clearance.
  • A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the inflatable throughout the hire.
  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, bookings may be postponed or cancelled in accordance with our weather policy.
