From October through to 31 March,
Rugby Inflatables operates on an indoor-hire basis.
During this period, bookings need to be for a suitable hall,
community centre, sports hall, school or other appropriate
indoor venue.
Outdoor garden and event hire normally returns from
early April, subject to suitable ground and
weather conditions.

community centres, sports halls, schools and other venues in

Finding the Right Inflatable for Your Hall
A low-height inflatable is not automatically suitable for every
indoor venue. The available room still needs to allow safe
installation and operation.
Floor Space
Check the clear usable width and depth where the
inflatable will be installed.
Ceiling Height
Measure to the lowest point above the setup area,
including beams, lights, chandeliers and fixtures.
Access
We normally require approximately 3ft of suitable
equipment access unless another arrangement has been
agreed in advance.
Power
Each inflatable normally requires access to one suitable
UK 230V 13A mains socket, subject to the individual
equipment requirements.

Users must comply with the manufacturer-stated suitability,
permitted user heights and maximum user numbers shown for the
relevant equipment.

should be separated where necessary to control collision risk.

We provide indoor inflatable hire at suitable venues around

booking confirmation. We review the information supplied before
accepting the booking.
Remember Your Venue Times
For an indoor venue booking, we need the times you are allowed
into the building as well as the actual party times.
Venue Access
The earliest time we are allowed into the venue to
begin setup.
Party Start
The time your guests arrive and the organised party
begins.
Party Finish
The time the organised party and inflatable use finishes.
Venue Exit
The time everyone and all equipment must be out of
the building.
Please allow setup and collection time.
Don't book the venue for exactly the same times as the party.
We need access before guests arrive and enough time after the
party to safely dismantle and remove the equipment.
£10 Indoor Venue Charge
A £10 indoor venue charge applies when
your inflatable is being hired for use inside a hall or other
indoor venue.
This reflects the additional planning involved in working around
fixed venue access, setup and collection arrangements.
This charge is separate from any delivery-area charge that may
apply based on the venue postcode.
Professionally Installed & Safety Checked
Rugby Inflatables delivers, installs and collects the equipment.
The required setup and safety checks are completed before the
inflatable is handed over for use.
Professional Setup
The inflatable is positioned, installed and secured
using suitable indoor anchoring or ballast arrangements
for the equipment and installation environment.
Tested & Maintained
Our current hire inflatables are maintained and PIPA
tested, with inspection information available for the
relevant equipment.
Safety Handover
Important operating and supervision information is
provided before the equipment is left in your care.

Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire FAQs
Can you put a bouncy castle in any village hall?
No. The venue needs sufficient usable floor space, ceiling
height, suitable equipment access and an appropriate power
supply for the chosen inflatable.
Does a low-height castle fit every hall?
No. Low-height inflatables are useful for venues with
restricted ceiling height, but the full required operating
space and venue layout still need to be checked.
How do I know which inflatable will fit?
Measure the usable floor width, depth and lowest ceiling
height and compare them with the requirements shown for
the individual inflatable. If you're unsure, contact us
before booking.
Do I need to provide weights or anchoring equipment?
No. Rugby Inflatables supplies and installs the appropriate
indoor anchoring or ballast equipment required for the
setup.
Do you provide the blower and extension equipment?
Yes. The operating equipment required for the inflatable
is supplied as part of the hire.
Is indoor hire affected by bad weather?
Indoor hire avoids most of the wind and rain restrictions
associated with outdoor inflatable use, although venue
accessibility and other exceptional conditions may still
affect a booking.
How much time should I allow before and after the party?
Your venue booking must allow enough time for us to install
and check the equipment before guests arrive and enough
time to safely dismantle and remove it after the party.
Is there an additional charge for an indoor venue?
Yes. A £10 indoor venue charge
applies. Any delivery-area charge is separate and depends
on the venue postcode.
Is submitting my booking the same as confirmation?
No. We review the details supplied and may contact you if
anything needs clarification. Your booking should only be
treated as accepted once the relevant confirmation has been
sent.
