Finding the Right Bouncy Castle for Your Hall
A low-height inflatable isn't automatically suitable for every indoor
venue. We still need to make sure there is enough room for safe
installation and operation.
Floor Space
Check the clear usable width and depth of the area where
the inflatable will be installed.
Ceiling Height
Measure to the lowest point above the setup area, including
beams, lights and other fixtures.
Access
We normally require approximately 3ft of clear access unless
another arrangement has been agreed with us.
Power
A suitable UK 13A mains socket is normally required for each
inflatable.

Remember Your Venue Times
For an indoor venue booking, we need the times you are allowed into
the building as well as the actual party times.
Venue Access
The earliest time we're allowed into the venue to begin setup.
Party Start
The time your guests arrive and the organised party begins.
Party Finish
The time the organised party and inflatable use finishes.
Venue Exit
The time everyone and all equipment must be out of the building.
Please allow setup and collection time.
Don't book your venue for exactly the same times as your party.
We need access before guests arrive and enough time after the party
to safely dismantle and remove the equipment.
£10 Venue Timing Charge
A £10 Venue Timing Charge applies where a
booking requires delivery and collection around fixed venue access
and exit times.
This isn't limited to indoor hires. It can also apply to an outdoor
booking at a venue where we need to work to specific on-site and
off-site times.

Can you put a bouncy castle in any village hall?
No. The venue needs sufficient usable floor space, ceiling height,
suitable access and an appropriate electrical supply for the
chosen inflatable.
Does a low-height castle fit every hall?
No. Low-height inflatables are useful for venues with restricted
ceiling height, but the full Required Space and venue layout still
need to be checked.
How do I know which inflatable will fit?
Measure the clear floor width, depth and lowest usable ceiling
height and compare them with the Required Space shown for the
inflatable. If you're unsure, contact us before booking.
Do I need to provide weights or anchoring equipment?
No. Rugby Inflatables supplies and installs the appropriate
anchoring equipment required for the inflatable.
Do you provide the blower and extension equipment?
Yes. The operating equipment required for the inflatable is
supplied as part of the hire.
Is indoor hire affected by bad weather?
Indoor hire avoids many of the wind and rain issues associated
with outdoor inflatable use. Access to the venue and other
exceptional conditions may still need to be considered.
How much time should I allow before and after the party?
Your venue booking should allow sufficient time for us to install
the equipment before your guests arrive and dismantle it after
the party. If you're unsure about your venue times, contact us
before booking.
