Our Position
Rugby Inflatables is a small independent business and does not meet the turnover threshold that currently requires qualifying commercial organisations to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We have nevertheless chosen to publish this statement voluntarily because responsible and ethical business practices are important to us.
About Rugby Inflatables
Rugby Inflatables is an independent bouncy castle and inflatable hire business serving Rugby and surrounding areas.
Our operations primarily involve inflatable hire, party equipment, equipment maintenance, insurance, website and booking services, and purchasing equipment and consumable supplies required to operate the business.

Our approach is proportionate to the size and nature of our business.

Our supply chain is relatively small compared with larger organisations and may include:

Working With Suppliers
As a small business, we do not operate a large formal supplier auditing programme.
However, where practical, we aim to use established suppliers and consider the reputation, reliability and suitability of businesses we purchase from.
If credible concerns relating to modern slavery, human trafficking or serious unethical practices were identified within a supplier relationship, we would consider the circumstances and take appropriate action, which could include reconsidering that relationship.
Risk & Due Diligence
Our approach to modern slavery risk is proportionate to the scale and nature of Rugby Inflatables.
Where a concern arises, we may consider factors such as:
- The nature and seriousness of the concern.
- The supplier or service involved.
- Information available from credible sources.
- Whether further clarification should be requested.
- Whether continuing the supplier relationship remains appropriate.
We do not claim that every supplier or every level of a supplier's own supply chain has been independently audited by Rugby Inflatables.
