Introducing the Rugby Inflatables Events & Entertainment Network — a new initiative to connect businesses involved in parties, celebrations, entertainment and events in Rugby and the surrounding areas.
We're at the very beginning, and that's the exciting part. Rather than launch with a list of names, we want to meet the people behind local event and entertainment services and give everyone an opportunity to get involved from the beginning.
Since starting Rugby Inflatables in 2024, we've met people who help make local parties, celebrations and events happen. For 2027, we want to connect with more entertainers, event suppliers, venues and organisers to get to know each other and explore opportunities to work together.
This isn't a sales scheme, a paid directory or an exclusive club. It's a new way for us to build connections and, over time, help families and event organisers discover relevant local party and entertainment services.

Our events and entertainment network is just getting started. We haven't published any supplier or venue profiles yet. We want to take the time to meet interested businesses, learn what they offer and build this thoughtfully.
As the network grows, this page can become a place to discover participating local businesses. For now, it's an open invitation to be part of the journey.
We don't want to recommend businesses simply because we know someone personally or because they've been first to contact us. Our goal is a fair, useful space where the nature of our connection is clear.
When listings begin, we'll ask businesses to approve the information displayed and we'll distinguish between people we've worked alongside and those we've simply connected with.
If you provide entertainment, party hire, event services or suitable venues — or professionally organise parties and events — we'd love to learn more about you. This network is specifically for the events and entertainment sector, rather than businesses in general.
There's no fee, commitment or expectation of referrals. Getting in touch doesn't guarantee a listing or establish a formal partnership.
Our Events & Entertainment Network is a developing Rugby Inflatables initiative, not a membership scheme or accreditation. Any future businesses or venues shown on this page will operate independently unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers will remain responsible for confirming suitability, availability, pricing, terms and insurance directly with the relevant business. We reserve the right to review which businesses are included, and we'll obtain approval for listing content before publishing it.
