Our Safety Documentation
Our safety documents support the way we inspect, transport,
install, operate, supervise and collect our equipment.
They also provide customers, venues, schools, councils and
event organisers with clear information about the controls
used by Rugby Inflatables.
All documents shown below form part of our current
2026 controlled safety-document system.
📋 Safety Doesn't Stop With the Paperwork
Our documents provide a framework for safe operation, but every
location and hire is different. Site conditions, access,
weather and other hazards are considered when equipment is
installed. If a safe setup cannot be achieved, the equipment
will not be erected or operated.

🌬 24 mph Is a Maximum – Not a Target
Outdoor inflatable use must stop at 38 km/h (24 mph),
or earlier where the manufacturer specifies a lower limit
or conditions such as strong gusts, rain or site deterioration
make continued operation unsafe.
