Outdoor Season Is Nearly Over – Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire Returns This October
Autumn is on its way, but that doesn't mean the bouncing has to stop!
From October, Rugby Inflatables moves into our indoor hire season,
helping keep parties bouncing whatever the weather.
🍂 Our Outdoor Season Is Coming to an End
September marks the final month of our outdoor bouncy castle season
before we move to indoor-only hire from October through to
31st March.
British weather can become increasingly unpredictable during the
autumn and winter months, so moving indoors means parties can continue
without worrying about wet grass, heavy rain or unsuitable weather.
Planning an October, autumn or winter birthday?
Now is a great time to start looking at indoor venues and checking
availability for your preferred inflatable.
🏰 Indoor-Friendly Bouncy Castles
One of the most important things when planning an indoor inflatable
party is making sure the inflatable comfortably fits inside the venue.
Ceiling height is particularly important.
That's why we have low-height inflatables that are particularly well
suited to village halls and community venues.
Party Fun Low Height Castle
Approximately 15ft × 11ft with a height of
around 2.8m. A brilliant traditional bouncing
option for indoor children's parties.
Party Fun Front Slide Combi
Approximately 12ft × 18ft, combining a
bouncing area with a front-facing slide for even more party fun.
If you're unsure whether an inflatable will fit, simply send us the
venue name or its dimensions and we'll be happy to help.
📍 Indoor Venues Around Rugby
We're familiar with a growing number of village halls and community
venues across Rugby and the surrounding area.
These include:
- Newbold Village Hall
- Dunchurch Village Hall
- Rogers Hall, Hillmorton
- Cawston Community Hall
- Kilsby Village Hall
- Graham Adams Centre, Southam
Knowing the venue can make planning much easier because we may already
know which of our inflatables are suitable for the available space.
⏰ How Does an Indoor Venue Hire Work?
Indoor bookings work slightly differently from our standard garden
hires.
When you book, we'll ask for your venue access time, party
start time and venue finish time. We use this information
when planning our delivery and collection route.
We aim to arrive from your venue access time and have your inflatable
professionally installed and ready before your party begins.
Collection is normally planned for around 30 minutes before
you need to leave the venue, giving us enough time to safely
pack everything away.
Indoor venue bookings have a £10 venue hire fee
to cover the additional requirements associated with indoor
installations.
🛡️ Professionally Set Up & Safety Checked
Whether we're setting up indoors or outdoors, every inflatable goes
through our setup and safety checks before being handed over for use.
Our setup process includes checks such as:
- Inflatable condition and positioning
- Correct inflation and pressure readings
- Blower connections and equipment checks
- Suitable anchoring
- Electrical safety equipment
- Safe operating space around the inflatable
For indoor installations, appropriate weighted anchoring is used
instead of ground stakes.
Our inflatables are PIPA tested and our electrical
equipment is PAT tested, helping us provide a
professional and safety-focused service from setup through to collection.
🎉 Planning an Autumn or Winter Party?
Indoor parties become increasingly popular as the weather gets colder,
and both venue availability and inflatable availability can become
limited on popular weekends.
If you've already chosen your date, we'd recommend securing your venue
and checking inflatable availability as early as possible.
Not sure which inflatable is right for your venue? Get in touch with
the venue name, party date and children's approximate ages
and we'll help point you towards the most suitable options.
