Staffed inflatable hire relates to the supervision and operation of Rugby Inflatables equipment. The event organiser remains responsible for the wider event, including overall event management, safeguarding, first aid, crowd management, site security and other event-wide arrangements unless something different has been specifically agreed in writing.

For outdoor events, the setup location and weather conditions must remain suitable for safe inflatable operation.

Weather safety:
Outdoor inflatables must not be operated when wind speeds or gusts reach 24 mph (38 km/h) or above, or where a lower manufacturer limit applies. Heavy rain, waterlogged ground, excessive heat or other unsuitable conditions may also prevent safe operation.

Can you provide staff for our event?
Yes. Staffed supervision can be arranged for suitable events. The number of staff and operating times will depend on the equipment and nature of the event and must be agreed in advance.
Can we supervise the inflatable ourselves?
For suitable standard hire arrangements, responsible adults appointed by the organiser can supervise the inflatable after receiving the relevant safety and operating information.
Can you provide insurance and risk assessments?
Yes. Relevant documentation relating to Rugby Inflatables and our equipment can be supplied to event organisers. Documents available publicly can also be found on our Safety Documents & Risk Assessments page.
Can you provide several inflatables?
Yes, subject to availability, suitable space, safe separation and power provision. Contact us with your expected attendance and event details so we can discuss appropriate options.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Outdoor inflatable operation is weather dependent. Where wind, rain, ground conditions, excessive heat or another weather-related issue makes operation unsafe, we will contact the organiser and follow the applicable weather arrangements within our booking Terms & Conditions.
