Both can work brilliantly, but there are some important differences to consider before making your decision.

Outdoor hire is a popular choice during our outdoor season when weather and ground conditions are suitable.

- The inflatable must be positioned on suitable natural grass or soil.
- We do not set up outdoor inflatables on concrete, paving or artificial grass.
- Weather conditions must remain suitable for safe operation.

Hiring a Village Hall?
If you're planning an indoor birthday party, choosing the venue before choosing your inflatable can make the booking process much easier.
We have delivered to a number of halls around Rugby and the surrounding area and have created venue guides to help customers understand which of our inflatables may be suitable.
When booking a venue, make sure you know your access time, party start and finish times and the time you must be completely clear of the building.
For venue bookings with fixed access and collection times, our applicable venue timing charge will be shown as part of the booking.

A Few Important Party Tips
- Always provide responsible adult supervision.
- Follow the operating instructions provided at setup.
- Keep food, drinks, shoes and sharp objects away from the inflatable.
- Do not overcrowd the inflatable.
- Separate users where significant differences in size or ability could create a risk.
- Children wearing face paint must not use our inflatables due to the risk of permanent staining.
- Stop use immediately if instructed to do so for safety reasons.

Our online booking system lets you check availability and send your booking request directly through the Rugby Inflatables website.

A £20 non-refundable deposit per inflatable is required to secure the booking.
4. Confirmation
You'll receive your booking information and we'll prepare everything for your hire.
What Happens on the Day?
We'll take care of the inflatable delivery and setup so that you can concentrate on the rest of your celebration.

What About the Weather?
For outdoor hires, weather conditions form an important part of our safety decision.
We monitor conditions ahead of outdoor bookings. Inflatables must not be operated when wind or gust speeds exceed the permitted safe limit, and our maximum operating wind speed is 24 mph.
Heavy rain, extreme conditions or unsuitable ground conditions may also mean an outdoor hire cannot safely go ahead.
If weather conditions are likely to affect your booking, we'll communicate with you and follow our applicable weather and cancellation procedures.

How much space do I need?
Every inflatable has different dimensions and operating-space requirements. Check the information on the product page before booking or contact us for help.
Can I hire a bouncy castle indoors?
Yes. We have low-height inflatables suitable for a number of local halls, subject to the available floor space and ceiling height.
Can you set up on artificial grass?
No. Our outdoor inflatables require suitable natural grass or soil so that they can be properly anchored.
Does an adult need to supervise?
Yes. A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the inflatable throughout the hire unless staffed supervision has been separately arranged with us.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. We deliver and install our equipment, complete the required setup checks and return to collect it after the hire.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A £20 non-refundable deposit per inflatable is required to secure your booking.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
Safety comes first. We monitor weather conditions for outdoor hires and will contact you if conditions are likely to prevent safe operation.
Can children use the inflatable with face paint?
No. Children wearing face paint must not use our inflatables because some face paints can permanently stain the material. We recommend arranging face painting after bouncing or removing it completely before returning to the inflatable.
