appropriate periodic inspection arrangements.

Outdoor conditions are considered before installation and an
anemometer is supplied with outdoor hires for continued

Anchorage forms part of our setup checks and operating
pressure is checked using a manometer before the inflatable
is handed over for use.

Safety Checks at Setup
Documentation is important, but safe inflatable operation also depends
on what happens at the event itself.
Before an inflatable is handed over for use, our setup process includes
assessment of the proposed location and surface, installation and
anchoring, equipment checks and an operating-pressure check using a
manometer.
For outdoor hires, weather conditions are also considered and
wind-monitoring arrangements form part of the handover.

Planning a School, Council or Community Event
Larger and organised events can involve additional considerations
compared with a standard private hire. Providing information early
helps us understand the event and identify what will be required.

We need to understand where the inflatable will be positioned,
the available operating area and the surface on which it will
be installed.
Our outdoor inflatables require suitable natural grass or soil
that allows appropriate ground anchoring.

Suitable electrical power must be available for the equipment
being supplied. Requirements can be discussed when planning
the event.

Supervision
Appropriate supervision arrangements must be in place while
an inflatable is being used.

Weather
Outdoor inflatable operation is weather dependent. Wind,
rain, ground conditions and extreme weather can affect whether
equipment can be safely installed or remain in use.
