From a children's birthday party to a busy school fete or community event, Rugby Inflatables offers different levels of service to suit your event.
Every booking includes professional delivery, setup, safety checks and collection. For events requiring additional support, we can also provide staffed operation and more comprehensive event-booking options.
Standard Hire is our normal hire service.
Staffed Hire and Event Booking options are available where additional supervision or management of the inflatable attraction is required.

Safety Fencing Available
For events where a clearly defined inflatable or activity area would be beneficial, Rugby Inflatables can supply safety fencing on request.
Up to 25 metres available
Safety fencing can be incorporated into suitable setups to help separate the inflatable attraction, organise access or create a more clearly defined operating area.
Fencing is subject to availability, site suitability and the requirements of the individual event. Please discuss your requirements with us before booking.
STANDARD OPTION
Standard Hire
Best suited to: Birthday parties, garden hires, indoor celebrations and smaller private events.
Standard Hire is our normal service. We supply, install and safety check the equipment before handing it over to you for the agreed hire period.

Supervision responsibility
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable throughout the hire and follow the safety instructions provided.
STAFFED OPTION
Staffed Hire
Best suited to: Busy parties, schools, organised events and occasions where dedicated inflatable supervision is preferred.
Staffed Hire includes our normal equipment service together with Rugby Inflatables team members assigned to supervise and operate the agreed inflatable equipment.

Please note:
Our staff are responsible for supervising the agreed Rugby Inflatables equipment. Responsibility for the wider event remains with the event organiser.

EVENT SERVICE
Event Booking
Best suited to: School fetes, charity fundraisers, community events, fairs, festivals and larger public events.
Our Event Booking option provides a more comprehensive service for the inflatable attraction supplied by Rugby Inflatables.

✓ Management of access and queues relating to our attraction
✓ Up to 25m of safety fencing available where required and suitable

Important – Event Organiser Responsibility
An Event Booking means Rugby Inflatables manages the agreed inflatable attraction supplied by us. It does not mean that Rugby Inflatables assumes responsibility for managing the wider event.
The event organiser remains responsible for the overall event and any wider arrangements that apply to it, including matters such as site management, emergency planning, first aid, safeguarding, security, licensing and general crowd management unless something has been specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
