Staffed inflatable supervision does not automatically mean Rugby Inflatables takes responsibility for managing the wider event. Overall event management, crowd control, first aid, safeguarding and site management remain with the organiser unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Outdoor School Events
Most school fetes and summer events take place outdoors, so weather and site conditions form an important part of our planning.

Weather safety:
Outdoor inflatables must not be operated when wind speeds or gusts reach 24 mph (38 km/h) or above, or where a lower manufacturer limit applies. Other unsuitable conditions such as heavy rain, waterlogged ground or excessive heat may also prevent a hire from proceeding safely.

Can you provide your insurance and risk assessments?

Can Rugby Inflatables provide staff?
Staffed supervision can be arranged for suitable events. Staffing requirements and operating times must be agreed in advance and additional charges apply.
Can the school supervise the inflatable?
For standard hire arrangements, suitable responsible adults appointed by the organiser can supervise the equipment after receiving the relevant operating and safety information.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
We monitor weather conditions for outdoor bookings. Where wind, rain, ground conditions, excessive heat or another weather-related issue prevents safe operation, we will contact the organiser and follow the applicable weather arrangements within our booking Terms & Conditions.
Can you provide more than one inflatable?
Yes, subject to availability, suitable space, power provision and safe separation between equipment. Contact us with your expected attendance and we can discuss suitable options.
