The overall space includes room for the inflatable itself, the blower, anchor points and the recommended safety clearance around the unit. This is why we always recommend checking the full space requirements shown on each product page rather than relying solely on the inflatable's size.

Can We Get Into Your Garden?
As well as making sure the inflatable fits once it's in your garden, it's important to consider how we'll get it there. Our inflatables are rolled up for transport, but they can still be large and heavy, so a suitable access route is essential.
🚪 Side Gates
A clear side gate is usually the easiest access route. Please remove any bins, bikes or garden furniture that may restrict access.
🏡 Narrow Paths
If access is via a narrow path or alleyway, let us know in advance. We'll advise whether your chosen inflatable can be safely delivered.
🪜 Steps & Slopes
A small number of steps may be manageable, but please tell us beforehand so we can plan the safest delivery method.

What Surface Can a Bouncy Castle Be Installed On?
The type of surface is just as important as the amount of space available.
✅ Natural Grass or Soil
This is the ideal surface because the inflatable can be securely anchored using ground stakes.
⚠ Artificial Grass
Outdoor inflatables cannot usually be installed on artificial grass because it cannot be securely anchored.
❌ Concrete or Tarmac
We do not install outdoor inflatables on concrete or tarmac, as they cannot be anchored safely.
Don't Forget to Look Up
When measuring your garden, it's easy to focus on the ground and forget what's above it. Before booking, check for anything that could interfere with the inflatable.

- Telephone or overhead cables
- Low roofs or extensions

The installation area should be reasonably level. If your garden has a noticeable slope, please contact us before booking.
Do I need a power socket?
Yes. Every inflatable requires access to a suitable power supply. If your nearest socket is some distance away, let us know and we'll discuss the options.
Can you lift an inflatable over a fence?
Unfortunately, no. We require a suitable and safe access route into the installation area.
