⚠️ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

To help your hire run smoothly, please check the following information before completing your booking.

  • A £20 deposit per inflatable is required to secure a confirmed booking. Cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Please make sure there is suitable equipment access to the setup area. We normally require approximately 3ft of clear access unless another arrangement has been discussed and agreed with us.
  • From October through to 31 March, Rugby Inflatables operates on an indoor-hire basis. Outdoor garden and event hire normally returns from early April, subject to suitable ground and weather conditions.
  • When outdoor hire is available, the inflatable must be installed on suitable natural grass or soil where it can be correctly secured. We do not install outdoor inflatables on artificial grass, concrete, paving, tarmac, decking or other hard-standing surfaces.
  • For indoor hire, the venue must provide a flat, clean and suitable setup area with enough usable floor space, ceiling clearance, equipment access and suitable electrical power.
  • A £10 indoor venue charge applies to indoor venue bookings. Any delivery-area charge is separate and depends on the venue postcode.
  • Users must comply with this inflatable's manufacturer-stated suitability, permitted user heights and maximum user numbers .
  • A responsible person aged 18 or over must be available for handover and must make sure the inflatable is appropriately supervised throughout use.
  • For outdoor bookings, unsafe wind, rain, heat, ground conditions or other weather-related conditions may prevent setup or require use to stop. The applicable booking arrangements are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
