🏰 That’s a Wrap on Outdoor Hire for 2026

It feels like the outdoor season has flown by.

Over the spring and summer we’ve been out across Rugby and the surrounding areas providing inflatables for birthday parties, school events, community events, family fun days and plenty of other celebrations.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who booked with Rugby Inflatables this outdoor season, recommended us, shared our posts or simply supported our family-run business.

We’ve now completed our final outdoor hires of the season, which means all Rugby Inflatables hires are now indoors until April.

🎉 The Fun Doesn’t Stop – It Just Moves Indoors

Moving indoors doesn’t mean putting the bouncy castles away for winter.

We’ll continue providing inflatable hire for birthday parties, family celebrations, schools, organisations and other suitable events throughout the indoor season.

Village halls and community venues can be a great option during the colder months. You don’t have to worry about a wet garden, and your party can carry on whatever the autumn and winter weather is doing outside.

📍 Need Somewhere to Hold Your Party?

If you normally have a bouncy castle in the garden, moving the party into a hall can feel like a completely different way of planning it. We’ve tried to make that easier.

Our website includes an indoor venue guide covering halls and community venues around Rugby and the surrounding areas that may be suitable for inflatable hire.

We’re also familiar with a growing number of local venues, including places in Rugby, Newbold, Dunchurch, Hillmorton, Cawston, Kilsby and Southam.

If you already have a venue in mind, send us its name when you enquire. If it’s somewhere we’ve worked before, we may already have useful information about the available space and which of our inflatables are suitable.

📏 Choosing an Inflatable for an Indoor Venue

Indoor bookings need a little more planning than simply choosing your favourite inflatable.

The available floor space and ceiling height both need to be suitable, and enough clearance is required around the inflatable for safe installation and use.

This is exactly why we have low-height options in our range, including our Party Fun Low Height Castle and Party Fun Front Slide Combi.

🛡️ The Same Focus on Safety – Indoors

Although the location changes, our approach to setup and safety doesn’t.

Our inflatables are professionally installed and checked before being handed over for use. This includes appropriate anchoring, equipment checks and checking the inflatable’s operating pressure.

Our hire inflatables are PIPA tested, our electrical equipment is PAT tested, and Rugby Inflatables is also a proud supporter of the PIPA Inflatable Safety Charter.

We’ve made a voluntary commitment to its Nine Principles of Inflatable Safety and continual improvement across our inflatable-hire activities.

We’ve also recently added a dedicated section of our website for schools, councils, charities, community groups and other organisations planning inflatable hire.

It explains more about our insurance, PIPA-tested equipment, operator training, risk assessments and the supporting safety documentation that may be required when planning an organised event.
