What Happens on Delivery Day?
We want delivery day to feel simple and stress-free. This guide explains what happens
from the moment we arrive through to setup, handover and collection.
Before We Arrive
Please make sure the setup area is clear, access is available and a suitable power socket
can be reached. For garden hires, we normally deliver between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
1
We Arrive and Check Access
We confirm the route from our vehicle to the setup area before unloading.
- Gates and pathways must be clear.
- Steps, narrow access and obstacles are assessed.
- The carrying route must be safe for our team and equipment.
2
We Inspect the Setup Area
The final setup location is checked before installation begins.
- The required space is confirmed.
- Ground, floor and overhead clearance are checked.
- Hazards and unsuitable conditions are identified.
- Outdoor hires must be on suitable grass or soil.
3
We Unload and Position the Inflatable
The inflatable is carefully moved into position before it is unrolled and inflated.
- The inflatable is aligned safely within the space.
- The blower is positioned away from the play area.
- Electrical cables are routed as safely as possible.
4
We Complete the Setup
Once inflated, the unit is anchored, secured and checked before use.
- All required anchorage points are used.
- Outdoor wind conditions are checked.
- Operating pressure is measured.
- The inflatable, blower and electrical equipment are inspected.
5
We Explain the Safety Rules
The responsible adult receives the key information needed to supervise the hire safely.
- User numbers and height limits.
- Supervision requirements.
- Items that must be kept off the inflatable.
- What to do if weather conditions change.
6
Payment and Handover
Any outstanding balance is settled in line with the booking arrangements.
Once all checks are complete and the responsible person understands the guidance,
the inflatable is handed over for use.
7
During the Hire
The inflatable must remain supervised and used in line with the rules provided.
- Do not move or alter the equipment.
- Do not switch off the blower during use.
- Keep food, drinks, face paint and sharp objects away.
- Contact us if you have any concerns.
8
Collection
For standard garden hires, collection normally takes place between 5:00pm and 8:00pm.
We complete a quick condition check, safely deflate the inflatable and remove all of
our equipment from the site.
Indoor Venue Hires
For village halls, schools and other venues, delivery and collection are arranged around
the confirmed access and booking times. We normally need access before the event begins
and enough time at the end to deflate and remove the equipment safely.
How You Can Help Us
- Keep the setup area empty before we arrive.
- Move garden furniture, toys, washing lines and pet waste.
- Make sure gates and access routes are unlocked and clear.
- Keep pets and children away while we are setting up and collecting.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present for handover.
- Have a suitable power socket available within the agreed distance.
Delivery Times Are Windows
Our delivery and collection times are normally provided as windows rather than exact times
because routes, traffic, setup conditions and earlier bookings can affect the schedule.
We carefully plan each route and aim to keep customers informed if a significant delay occurs.
Ready for a Smooth Delivery Day?
Preparing the space and access before we arrive helps us complete the setup safely and
efficiently, leaving you free to enjoy the occasion.
